Agatha Christie’s legendary, record-breaking, box office smash hit thriller, The Mousetrap, returns to Cardiff’s New Theatre next week by popular demand following its previous record-breaking sell out visits to the venue in 2012 and 2014.
The story follows a group of people gathered in a country house cut off by the snow discover, to their horror, that there is a murderer in their midst. One by one the suspicious characters reveal their sordid pasts until at the last, nerve-shredding moment the identity and the motive are finally revealed.

Famous around the world for being the longest running show of any kind in the history of theatre, The Mousetrap had enjoyed over 26,000 performances in 50 languages. There is rarely a night without a performance somewhere in the world, but there have never before been so many productions deliberately licensed in the same period.
- The Mousetrap is at the New Theatre from September 27 until October 1. For further details about the show or to book tickets visit www.newtheatrecardiff.co.uk or call the Box Office on (029) 2087 8889.
