Rhoose singer/songwriter Jack Ellis has beaten thousands of other acts to be named in the UK’s top ten Unsigned Male Acts having been nominated in the Best Unsigned Male category at the 2016 Unsigned Music Awards (UMAs).
Jack started his solo Career in 2014 after earlier fronting two local bands. His First track Pocket of Lint featured on the BBC Radio 2 Dermot O’Leary show and was followed up by two further tracks The Storm and recently released Disdained. Early in 2016 Jack was invited to The Dermot O’Leary BBC Radio 2 where he was interviewed and performed two live tracks.
Whilst Jack’s music takes influence from classic rock its alternative production values and sharp commercial hooks will appeal to fans of Jeff Buckley, Ben Howard, Frank Turner and Catfish & The Bottlemen.
