Reading rockers The Amazons play Clwb Ifor Bach on March 2. The band have just been named in three of the UK’s most influential new artist lists: the BBC Sound of 2017 poll; MTV’s Brand New for 2017 shortlist; and Apple Music New Artists 2017 list.
These latest developments follow a rapid rise in The Amazons’ fortunes. Last month they were nominated for the Q Award for Best Breakthrough Act, while their current single ‘Little Something’ was premiered as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record in the World.
