The wonderful world of Disney met up with the world of Welsh rugby on Wednesday evening when Jake Ball, Justin Tipuric, James King and Ryan Jones and their families came face to face with Mickey and Minnie Mouse icon at Cardiff Motorpoint Arena.
Fans of Welsh rugby, shouldn’t panic however, as Mickey or Minnie won’t be joining in with any future Rugby matches. The iconic Disney stars were merely saying “Hello” to Disney fans prior to the opening night of Disney on Ice’s commemorative show 100 Years of Magic.
The ice show, which runs at Cardiff Motorpoint Arena until April 9, is lead by Mouse-ter of Ceremonies Mickey Mouse, sweetheart Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy. The quartet of Disney characters are taking to the ice with their friends from beloved Disney movies spanning decades from Pinocchio to Frozen featuring more than 50 unforgettable Disney stars, a sing-along score of melodious masterpieces, choreography, costumes and intricate sets.
