Following the success of his BBC Radio Wales show, award winning singer-pianist turned presenter Ross Leadbeater, embarks on a solo Welsh Tour next week celebrating his musical favourites from a century of song including hits from his debut EP Great British Songbook.
Music fans can expect to hear a selection of classics from Ivor Novello to Andrew Lloyd Webber, Cole Porter to Coldplay with covers of The Beatles, Ed Sheeran, and some original material.
Ross will be touring Wales which special guest, West End star Sophie Evans who is best known for her role of Dorothy in the West End production of The Wizard of Oz. Ross said, “I am delighted to be back on the road again in Wales and thrilled to be joined by Sophie Evans. We can’t wait to connect with all our fans!”
The tour starts in Brecon on May 18 at Theatre Brycheiniog and will be playing Blackwood Miners’ Institute (2:30pm and 7:30pm) and Cardiff, Pentyrch on June 11 at the music venue Acapela Studio.
