A rainy day in Newport has come to life with a colourful and vibrant collection of classic cars and motorcycles as the city has played host to its first Festival of Classics.
Among the many items on display between 11am and 4pm were an original Model T Ford, a double decker bus, several spectacular motorbikes and the classic Rover P5 as featured in the latest series of Inspector George Gently and autographed personally on the driver’s sun shield by actor Martin Shaw.
The event was also supplemented by live music with appearances by local buskers and live bands.
