See BBC Radio Wales Comedy Foiled Recorded Live!

FANCY FREE tickets to a hilarious radio sitcom? Well, now you can as Foiled comes to Lefel 1 of St David’s Hall on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 June at 4pm.

Foiled is to be recorded live for BBC Radio Wales, and a limited number of seats are available for each day, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Plus, the very special guests for the Saturday performance are top comic and panel show favourite, Miles Jupp, and Ralph Little of The Royle Family and Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps fame.

Foiled is set in a hair salon following the adventures of the staff of Bleach for the Stars – a fictional salon in Tonypandy. The cast includes Beth Granville (who also co-writes the show with David Charles), Stephanie Siadatan and Victoria star David Oakes.

The struggling salon is (badly) run by the easily distracted manageress Sabrina (Granville), resulting in the young and enthusiastic but under-employed assistant stylist Tanisha (Siadatan) doing most of the work. Tanisha has to regularly get her boss out of sticky situations and smooth things over with customers, whilst Richie (Oakes) is a wannabe actor who earns his keep by manning the salon’s reception.
