A World Full of Dreams is the latest single release from South Wales lyricist and songwriter, Gavin Clifton.
Born with a condition called cerebral palsy, Gavin also has a speech impediment, but has never let his condition stop him from writing music.
From a very young age, Gavin has had a keen interest in writing. From writing short stories and poems in his school years, he gravitated to study the art of writing lyrics.
In recent years, he has been concentrating on writing songs for other artists, including Kirsten Orsborn, The Royal Marines Forces Sweetheart and Peter Karrie, the World-famous Phantom of the Opera Star. Gavin also recently collaborated with hit songwriter James Warren, best known for The Korgis, worldwide hit ‘Everybody’s Got to Learn Sometime’.
Gavin is now embarking on a new venture, which is a little bit different from writing for other singers. He is releasing his very own Country song, which is Called ‘A World Full Of Dreams’,
Recorded at Caerphilly’s Shabbey Road Studios , featuring vocals by Hanna Morgan Beynon and co-written with Al Steele, A World Full of Dreams has a personal story.
‘I am so looking forward to releasing my very own song, it’s definitely something very different to what I’ve been used to over the past few years, but I can’t wait for the release, and it’ll hopefully show people what I am all about.
‘I can write in many styles but for this one, once myself and Al Steele had finished putting the demo down, it was very clear that this song would be a perfect Country track, and I’m so overwhelmed that we got Hanna to come and record the vocals for me and to basically ‘be my voice’, I feel that we’ve found a hidden gem, her voice is fantastic and I can’t wait to see and hear people’s reactions when they hear her vocals, she’s great!’
