Centrestage Cymru return to the stage of Newport’s Dolman Theatre this week with Jesus Christ Superstar their first stage musical presentation since 2019’s sell-out success Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
The musical theatre group has previously staged successes such as Singin’ in The Rain, Annie, White Christmas and 42nd Street will present Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice’s iconic musical from October 20 – 23 each evening at 7.15pm.
The presentation features Luke Palfrey as Jesus, Andre-Paul Spring as Judas, Kevin Dyer as Peter, Chris Davies as Pilate, Keith Milward as Herod and Bethan Daniels as Mary Magdalene.

Jesus Christ Superstar is produced and directed by Sharon Higgins Bem with musical direction by Victoria Bryant.
