Cameron Mackintosh has announced the cast of his production of Boublil and Schönberg’s ‘Les Misérables’ as the UK and Ireland tour reopens.
Joining Dean Chisnall as ‘Jean Valjean’, Nic Greenshields will play ‘Javert’ and ‘Fantine’ will be played by Katie Hall. Ian Hughes, Will Callan, Nathania Ong, Helen Walsh, Barnaby Hughes and Paige Blankson will also play major roles. The cast is completed by George Arvidson, Aidan Banyard and many others.

Boublil and Schönberg’s Les Misérables includes the classic songs, I Dreamed a Dream, On My Own, Bring Him Home, Do You Hear the People Sing? and many more. Several of its songs have become real world anthems of revolution where people fight for their freedom.
Entertertainment South Wales reviewer, Rachel Howells wrote of the presentation in 2019, “Embraced as Les Mis for the 21st century, this is one show not to be missed, I loved it and can’t wait to see it again in the future.”
Les Misérables is scheduled to play Wales Millennium Centre from Tuesday, 13 December 2022 until Saturday, 14 January 2023.
