Buddy – The Buddy Holly Story, the world’s most successful rock and roll musical, is back in the UK for 2023! Catch it at New Theatre Cardiff from 14-16 September 2023.
The musical has played a rocking 4668 performances over the 580 weeks it’s been on tour in the UK and Ireland, plus a further 5822 performances in London’s West End.
Buddy tells the inspiring story of Buddy Holly’s rise to fame, from his rockabilly roots to his legendary final performance before his tragic death at the age of 22 in 1959.
Entertainment South Wales describes the show as “real rock n roll performed with drive and passion,” and with a talented cast of actor-musicians, plus 20 of Buddy Holly’s greatest hits, Buddy is set to continue to strike a chord with critics and audiences alike.
