Abergavenny Food Festival returns this weekend and was opened this evening by MasterChef: The Professionals presenter, Monica Galetti with an exclusive sneak-peek of her brand new book, The Skills, due for release on October 6.

The first event of the Festival, Monica was in conversation with William Sitwell, speaking to a 300 strong room at the historic Abergavenny Borough Theatre.

Renowned food writer, William had the chance to talk to Monica about her second cookbook, The Skills, and discover the inspiration behind it.

“As we expected, her talk was a huge success and the perfect way to kick off this year’s incredible, international line-up. We can’t wait for the full programme to kick off tomorrow and to welcome new and old faces in their thousands.”
