Coasts Set To Play Cardiff With New Album Tracks

Bristol rockers Coasts will play Cardiff’s Clwb Ifor Bach on September 28  in support of their new album This Life, their follow up to last year’s debut.

Forming in 2011, Coasts have established a huge fanbase selling out venues across the globe, including appearances at major festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds and Lollapalooza.

Their latest release, laden with poppy hooks, rocky riffs and big choruses, is the result of 12-months intensive studio work by the band, recording in collaboration with several producers including Dan Bryer, who has worked with Rag ‘N’ Bone Man and Duncan Mills, who has been credited on The Vaccines and Jake Bugg’s releases.

This Life also explores themes of growing up and self-discovery. From falling in love on Heart Starts Beating, to feeling broken in the anthemic track Tomorrow, the release successfully portrays the expert song writing ability the band has developed over time.
